tasc : take action : image

A leading New York City intermediary, TASC has a keen understanding of the power of collaboration. Since our founding, we have relied upon the generosity and involvement of public and private supporters, community organizations, school leaders, elected officials, volunteers, and other key partners to help us bring quality after-school to children and families across New York City and the country. Read on to learn how you can help TASC accomplish its mission by donating, volunteering your time, advocating for our cause, or starting an after-school program in your community.

You can act in these ways:

  1. Join TASC in an advocacy campaign to expand opportunities for kids to attend after-school programs, increase funding and improve quality.
  2. Volunteer at an after-school program in your community, join us for a community service event or advise young people on careers or college.
  3. Become a financial supporter of after-school programs. By donating to TASC you can help send more kids to great after-school programs that enrich their lives, help them become successful, productive citizens and ease the burden on working families.
